Conception of the CD ROM and Preparation of a Storyboard
Conception for CD ROM on the basis of  briefing talks. Based on this will be the preparation of a storyboard with graphical suggestions in layout form (print).

High-End Scans
Scans of provided photos (slides, negatives) including digital image processing and data optimization for interactive CD ROM. The scanned pictures will be archived for you in digital coding on CDs.

Integration of an Existing Video
Optimization for presentation, links, final blending/mixing.

Video-Data Conversion
Film cutting and conversion into MPEG-2 format, final blending (music, commentary texts, and sound effects); films must be provided on VHS cassettes.

New Production of Video Films
Duration:  approx. 4 to 5 minutes
Recording format:  DVC Pro  (latest digital television standard)
Final format: VHS PAL Shooting: digital recording equipment including cameraman and assistant;
lighting; cutting and final blending/mixing: Cutting Media 100, computer graphics, picture design;
sound: mixing of music with commentary texts and sound effects.

Text Editing of Headlines, Copy Texts and Narrator Texts
Professional texting based on the concept / storyboards / briefing talks; depending on conception and storyboards.
These services will be charged and calculated in accordance with the efforts.

Selection and Processing of the Music
Selection of music, conversion, assignment to the individual scenes, blending/mixing and narrator’s text, final blending/mixing, rights of utilization for background music (GEMA-free), clarifying of utilization rights for copyrighted music (costs depend on the sort of music as well as on the desired length).

Recording and Blending/Mixing of Narrator Texts
Recording of accounts/messages/stories spoken by the narrator in the audio control room including the remuneration for the narrator (costs depend on the length of the text as well as on the narrator chosen). The narrator can be selected from the sample CD. Implementation of narrator texts, assignment to the individual scenes, blending/mixing with background music, final blending/mixing (costs depend on the length of the narrator’s text).
