Technical Information on the „Product“

The face of the mediaCARD is hardly different from that of a regular postcard, greetings card or picture postcard. It has a photo or a graphical pattern on the front side and a text and address field on the reverse side. The carrier cardboard has a recess (pocket) in center in which the CD/DVD ROM is placed.

Size:  143mm x 100mm
Weight:  19.5 grams – the postage is thus the same as with a „regular“ postcard.
Surface: Transparent plastic film or cardboard. The surface is perforated which allows the CD/DVD ROM to be easily taken out.

CD ROM: diameter: 8 cm
Data volume:  CD 220 MB, DVD 1,4 GB
System requirements: PC (all operating systems) or Apple Mcintosh, 8-fold CD/DVD ROM drive and soundcard are recommended.
